Job summary

RTX, the world's largest aerospace and defense company, is seeking a Systems Engineer II, Scrum Master for an agile radar simulation tool supporting the Long Range Radars Department. This onsite role is based in Woburn, MA, within the SE&TC Surface Radars & Sensors Center.

You will design, verify, and validate radar system behavior, automate data analysis in MATLAB, and track agile metrics while collaborating with cross-functional teams to meet mission-critical requirements in defense

Qualifications

Typically requires a STEM degree with 2+ years of relevant experience.
Experience in Radar Systems Engineering and/or Software Engineering.
Experience working in an Agile environment and/or on Agile development projects.

Responsibilities

Design, develop, and conduct verification and validation testing of radar system capabilities for the CX-EDT simulation.
Review radar system designs and implement updates within the simulation environment.
Develop software to emulate radar system behavior.
Conduct performance data analysis and automate processes using MATLAB.
Verify and validate simulation performance against actual radar systems.
Verify backlog readiness for planning and execution.
Identify and champion resolution of impediments.
Track and report team Agile metrics.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance simulations and troubleshoot issues.
