Mach Industries in Huntington Beach, CA is seeking a Sr Embedded Software Engineer for Radar & DSP to design, implement, and optimize radar software across the full development lifecycle, from prototyping to embedded deployment. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-performance, low-latency RF sensing capabilities for autonomous defense platforms.

The role requires 5+ years in software or RF/radar, proficiency in C++, Python, or C, and on-site work.

Qualifications

5+ years of software or RF/radar engineering.
Proficiency in C++, Python, or C with clean, well-tested code.
Ability to deliver frequent software updates in a fast-paced, high-iteration environment.
Strong grasp of the full software development life cycle.
On-site work requirement in Huntington Beach, CA.

Responsibilities

Develop, test, and optimize radar software for RF sensing technologies.
Collaborate with engineers to ensure seamless hardware–software integration.
Design and implement efficient, well-tested code in C++, Python or C.
Develop signal processing algorithms for real-time RF sensing.
Participate in agile workflows and communicate risks and trade-offs clearly.
Troubleshoot and refine complex software systems for reliability and performance.
