Qualifications

• Education: BS/MS in EE/CS or related field.
• 5+ years of production signal processing software for radar/RF sensing or real‑time systems.
• Strong fundamentals in digital signal processing and estimation/detection theory.
• Ability to translate mathematical models into implementable algorithms.
• Proficiency with Python and MATLAB for algorithm development and testing.
• C/C++ programming for embedded systems with clean, well‑tested code.
• Experience with embedded architectures (MCUs, DSPs, SIMD, multicore SoCs).
• Proven ability to optimize real‑time processing pipelines for low latency.

Responsibilities

• Build and optimize radar/ RF sensing software on high‑performance embedded systems.
• Implement and validate signal processing algorithms (FFT, beamforming, detection).
• Collaborate with RF/FPGA/hardware teams for integration and validation.
• Develop calibration methods and test vectors for performance validation.
• Write production‑quality C/C++ across platforms from MCUs to multicore processors.
• Own the software quality and end‑to‑end signal processing chain tests.
