Job summary

PLANCRAFT is seeking a Senior Financial Accountant RTR to own group accounting across our European multi-entity setup and drive scalable, AI-enabled workflows. You will lead month-end close, intercompany eliminations, VAT and statutory requirements, and collaborate with FP&A and FinOps to ensure accurate, reconciled actuals.

You’ll scale the accounting function, transition activities in-house, and build SOPs and automation to support rapid growth in a fast-moving, international environment.

Qualifications

• Experience owning month-end close end to end across multiple entities.
• Proven ability to manage intercompany accounting and eliminations.
• Knowledge of VAT and statutory requirements in multi-country setups.
• Able to govern an ERP-grade accounting ledger and drive automation.
• Strong stakeholder management with auditors and tax advisors.
• Excellent English communication skills; German language skills are a plus.
• Familiarity with DATEV and European finance tools.

Responsibilities

• Own group accounting end to end across growing European multi-entity setup.
• Lead month-end close, reconciliations, intercompany processes, and eliminations.
• Manage local tax compliance and statutory reporting across markets.
• Partner with FP&A and FinOps to align actuals with forecasts.
• Develop SOPs and drive automation for recurring tasks.
