Job summary

Aprio Talent Advisory is seeking a Senior Accountant for a remote role overseeing monthly close for multiple business units and legal entities. You will manage journal entries, reconciliations, intercompany activity, and consolidation in Sage Intacct, reporting to the Accounting Manager.

The role emphasizes ownership, independence, and exposure to multi-entity consolidation and acquisition integration within a PE-backed SaaS environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 3+ years of accounting experience with full monthly close ownership.
• Experience in private equity-backed Tech/SaaS or software company.

Responsibilities

• Run monthly close for multiple entities, including journal entries and accruals.
• Prepare and reconcile intercompany balances and consolidations.
• Support consolidation eliminations and first close in Sage Intacct.
• Prepare balance sheet reconciliations and resolve aged items.
• Support entity rationalization and intercompany settlements during wind-downs.
