Job summary

PlanCraft is seeking a Senior Financial Accountant RTR to own group accounting end-to-end and shape scalable, AI-enabled workflows for rapid growth. You will drive the R2R process across Europe, while partnering with FP&A, FinOps, and external providers to ensure accurate, timely reporting.

You’ll build playbooks, automate recurring tasks, and prepare for statutory audits as the company expands. English proficiency is essential.

Qualifications

• Must have deep experience with multi-entity group accounting.
• Experience managing external accounting and tax providers.
• Strong stakeholder management including auditors.
• Hands-on transition experience to in-house accounting.
• Ability to work autonomously in a scaling environment.
• Excellent English written and spoken communication.

Responsibilities

• Own group accounting end-to-end for a growing multi-entity setup.
• Run the month-end close with reconciliation and sign-off.
• Own actuals and ensure accuracy at entity and group levels.
• Transition accounting activities in-house and build processes.
• Manage intercompany accounting, eliminations, VAT and tax.
• Develop automation through standardized workflows.
• Prepare schedules for statutory audits.
• Collaborate with FP&A and FinOps.
