Johnson & Johnson's DePuy Synthes Orthopaedics team in West Chester, PA is seeking a Senior Project Manager, R&D to lead cross-functional orthopedic medical device development projects from initiation through launch. Hybrid role based in West Chester, PA, focused on Trauma implants, instruments, and SaMD integration.

You will own the integrated project plan, drive risk management, and coordinate engineering, quality, regulatory, manufacturing, and marketing to ensure on-time, compliant product

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Science, Business, or related discipline.
• 4–6+ years of progressively responsible project or program management experience.
• Demonstrated experience leading cross-functional teams in a regulated product development environment.
• Demonstrated experience building and driving integrated project schedules with dependencies, milestones, and critical-path activities.
• Experience leading projects through multiple phases of the product development lifecycle.
• Strong project risk, issue, dependency, and schedule management capabilities.
• Ability to influence cross-functional teams in a matrixed organization without direct authority.
• Strong written, verbal, presentation, and leadership communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Integrate hardware, software, systems into the overall project plan with dependencies, verification/validation, regulatory deliverables, and launch requirements.
• Lead cross-functional NPD projects through multiple phases of the product development lifecycle.
• Own and maintain the integrated project plan with milestones, dependencies, and risks.
• Drive execution within scope, schedule, budget, resources, and commitments.
• Lead matrixed teams with clear ownership and timing.
• Identify risks and develop mitigation or recovery plans.
• Ensure plans incorporate design controls, risk management, regulatory, manufacturing readiness, and launch activities.
• Provide clear project updates to leadership on health, milestones, risks, and decisions.
