Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, science, business, or related field.
• 4–6+ years of project management experience in complex product development.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams in regulated environments.
• Ability to manage integrated project schedules with dependencies and milestones.
• Experience in multiple product development lifecycle phases.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional NPD projects through product development lifecycle.
• Own and maintain the integrated project plan, milestones, and risks.
• Drive scope, schedule, budget, and resource commitments.
• Facilitate cross-functional alignment and decision-making.
• Ensure design controls, risk management, and regulatory readiness.
