Job summary

Johnson & Johnson in the Orthopaedics division is seeking a hybrid Director of PMO based in Raynham, MA, or Warsaw, IN. The role leads R&D budget planning, portfolio governance, and cross-functional coordination to deliver the Hip and Knee portfolio.

The position requires a strong track record in project and portfolio management within regulated environments, with a focus on execution excellence and leadership across functions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 10+ years of work experience in Biomedical, Electrical, Mechanical or Technology Engineering.
• PMP certification is preferred.
• Medical Device/Orthopaedics experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead R&D budget planning and consolidation for Hip and Knee R&D.
• Partner with finance to deliver best-in-class R&D financial plans.
• Drive governance and portfolio management across Hip and Knee projects.
