Job summary

Dow Industrial Solutions seeks a Senior R&D Leader based in Collegeville, PA, to guide a 13 FTE team across Collegeville and Midland. You will drive product development, technology platforms and growth initiatives while championing safety and compliant lab operations.

You will partner with cross-functional teams to deliver new products, manage the innovation portfolio, and mentor talent in a dynamic, globally connected environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related scientific or engineering discipline.
• Five years of relevant technical experience.
• Demonstrated ability to lead teams and collaborate cross-functionally.

Responsibilities

• Lead a multi-site R&D team of researchers, specialists, technicians and contractors.
• Manage safety, lab operations and environmental, health & safety policies across sites.
• Develop and manage Home Care Cleaning R&D portfolio and technology platforms.
• Translate business strategy into research priorities and execution plans.
• Oversee project delivery, documentation and stakeholder communication.
• Drive IP strategy and patent filings.
• Partner across Product R&D, TS&D, Process R&D and Commercial teams.
• Engage external partners and customers to support growth opportunities.
• Manage budgets, capital plans and investments for capabilities.
