Job summary

Dow Industrial Solutions is seeking a Senior R&D Leader based in Collegeville, PA, to lead a multidisciplinary team and drive product development for the Cleaning Growth Platform. The role focuses on safety, innovation, and cross-functional execution to deliver new technologies and growth opportunities.

You will manage a portfolio, ensure compliant operations, and collaborate with global teams to advance research and commercialization while engaging with customers and external partners.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a scientific or engineering discipline.
• Minimum five years of relevant technical experience.
• Demonstrated ability to lead teams and collaborate across functions.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a multi-site R&D team across Collegeville and Midland.
• Ensure safe, compliant laboratory operations and champion EHS policies.
• Develop and manage Home Care Cleaning R&D portfolio and technology platforms.
• Translate strategy into prioritized research plans and execution roadmaps.
• Oversee project delivery with rigorous scientific methods and documentation.
• Lead IP strategies, including patent filings where applicable.
• Partner with Product R&D, TS&D, Process R&D, and Commercial functions to advance research.
• Engage external partners to support existing products and growth opportunities.
• Monitor portfolio performance and align resources with business goals.
• Manage operating budgets, capital plans, and investments for capability growth.
