Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in relevant science or engineering field.
• Minimum five years of relevant technical experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop a multi-site R&D team with priorities and resources.
• Attract, develop, and retain talent aligned to business strategy.
• Ensure safe, compliant laboratory operations and EH&S standards.
• Develop and manage Home Care Cleaning R&D portfolio and platforms.
• Lead cross-functional teams and translate strategy into research plans.
• Oversee milestones, documentation, and removal of roadblocks.
