BD Urology and Critical Care (UCC) is seeking a Senior Engineer to join our High Volume Consumables R&D team, focusing on early-stage design within the New Product Development process. Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience as a design / development engineer.
• Bachelor’s of Science in Mechanical, Biomedical Engineering or related fields is required.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, presentation and influencing skills.
• Proficient in design control process, development, and commercialization in regulated industry.
• Ability to appropriately plan and monitor R&D activities. Adjust to scope and timing changes.
• Application of engineering design process and statistical techniques in product development, such as Design for Six Sigma
