Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience as a design / development engineer.
• BS in Mechanical, Biomedical Engineering or STEM field required.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, presentation and influencing skills.
• Proficient in design control, development, and commercialization in regulated industry.
• Application of engineering design process and statistical techniques (e.g., DFSS)

Responsibilities

• Lead and contribute to early-stage product design within the NPD process.
• Collaborate across functions to align design with product and business goals.
• Translate user and market insights into actionable engineering requirements.
• Apply DFSS methodologies, including DOE and Critical Parameters Management.
• Navigate projects through design controls, phase gates, and design reviews.
• Communicate effectively with cross-functional teams and management.
