The role emphasizes ownership of quality, collaboration with multiple sites, and periodic travel to support initiatives and site Hoshin plans.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or related technical field.
• 7+ years of progressive engineering experience.
• Subject matter expert in engineering disciplines.

Responsibilities

• Adhere to Integer's values and all safety, environmental, security and quality requirements.
• Develop new approaches to complex problems and lead projects to advance Integer's capabilities.
• Investigate and interpret internal or external technology trends and recommend best practices.
• Evaluate, develop, and implement a wide range of new technologies of significant scope and complexity.
• Plan and develop engineering projects with important impact on major programs.
• Lead cross-functional teams and coach engineers; mentor up to 4–5 technicians.
• Travel occasionally as needed; embed quality within engineering and own KPI attainment.
