Job summary

Integer Holdings is seeking a Quality Systems Engineer to support the site’s quality program in Minnesota. You will drive process improvements and ensure compliance with the Quality Management System.

You will lead cross-functional teams, develop and maintain quality documentation, and assist in audits and CAPA investigations. A Bachelor's in engineering and 5+ years in quality roles are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field is required or equivalent
• 5+ years of progressive engineering experience in quality roles
• Experience leading cross-functional quality projects and teams
• Strong root-cause analysis and problem-solving skills
• Knowledge of quality systems and CAPA methodologies (6-Sigma a plus)

Responsibilities

• Select and apply standard quality engineering techniques to improve products and processes
• Lead cross-functional teams on quality projects with limited resources
• Develop and maintain quality system documents (procedures, work instructions)
• Support internal and external audits and corrective actions
• Track customer notifications and ensure timely resolutions
• Contribute to quality KPI tracking and continuous improvement efforts
