Job summary

Integer is seeking a Senior Supplier Quality Engineer in Minnesota to provide strategic quality guidance across the site, lead supplier quality activities, and ensure compliance with QMS and regulatory requirements. You will manage supplier non-conformances, audits, CAPA, and supplier quality agreements, while mentoring engineers and driving continuous improvement in product and process quality.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related technical field is required.
• 10+ years of progressive engineering and/or technically focused roles.
• Knowledge of domestic and international regulations and industry standards (ISO, QSR, UL, MDD, TGA, etc.).

Responsibilities

• Manage supplier non-conformances and liaise with suppliers to address issues.
• Lead supplier audits and track closure of audit findings.
• Lead supplier quality agreement management with suppliers.
• Coordinate with Suppliers, Management, Supply Chain, Engineers and Manufacturing on supplier quality improvements.
• Oversee First Article Inspection and sourced item qualification processes.
• Monitor supplier KPIs and ensure compliance with DMR; provide deviation guidance.
• Support internal quality audits and regulatory inspections.
• Coach and mentor up to 3 engineering direct reports.
