Job summary

Integer Holdings Corporation is seeking a Senior Manufacturing Engineer in the United States. The role emphasizes applying intensive and diversified engineering knowledge to broad assignments while ensuring customer expectations are met and regulatory requirements (QMS/FDA) are satisfied.

You will lead cross-functional projects, mentor engineers, and drive manufacturing excellence with a focus on quality, safety, and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or related technical field.
• 7+ years of progressive engineering roles.
• Experience with problem-solving methodologies: Six Sigma, 8D, RCA, 5-Why, Ishikawa, Kepner-Tregoe, PMP.
• Ability to lead teams and coach engineers.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Independent and cross-functional collaboration capability.

Responsibilities

• Apply engineering principles across broad assignments to meet customer expectations.
• Adhere to Quality Management System, safety, environmental and regulatory requirements.
• Develop new approaches to complex problems and lead projects.
• Investigate technology trends and recommend best practices.
• Plan and develop high-impact engineering projects.
• Lead cross-functional teams and mentor engineers.
• Travel to other sites as needed.
