Job summary

Integer Holdings Corporation seeks a senior engineering leader to advance manufacturing technologies, quality systems, and cross-functional collaboration. You will supervise 4–5 technicians and mentor engineers while driving high-impact projects across sites.

The role emphasizes Six Sigma, problem solving, and strong communication. Occasional travel and leadership in a fast-paced environment are expected as part of our Manufacturing Excellence focus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in engineering or related technical field required.
• 7+ years progressive engineering/technical roles.
• Master’s or Doctorate preferred; extensive experience allowed as alternative.

Responsibilities

• Ensure internal and external customers’ expectations are met or exceeded.
• Adhere to Integer values and all safety, environmental, security and quality requirements (QMS, FDA, policies).
• Develop new approaches to complex problems and lead projects to advance Integer’s capabilities.
• Investigate and interpret internal or external technology and business trends; recommend best practices.
• Evaluate and implement new technologies of significant scope and complexity.
• Lead cross-functional teams or projects and supervise up to 4–5 technicians/associates.
