Job summary

Integer Holdings Corporation, based in Minnesota, seeks an experienced engineer to advance manufacturing excellence across its medtech platforms. You will lead cross-functional teams, develop new processes, review documentation, and drive quality improvements impacting large programs.

You should have 5+ years of progressively responsible engineering roles, a strong problem-solving background, and familiarity with quality methodologies and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related technical field required.
• 5+ years of progressive engineering/technical roles.
• Master’s degree may be preferred.
• Strong foundation in problem-solving methodologies and quality practices (e.g., Six Sigma, 8D, RCA).

Responsibilities

• Develop new and unique approaches to challenging problems and projects that advance Integer’s technological capabilities.
• Investigate and interpret internal or external technology and business trends; recommend best practices.
• Evaluate, develop and implement a wide range of new technologies of moderate scope and complexity.
• Identify and procure new equipment and technology of moderate complexity, scope and cost.
• Originate and review technical documents (protocols, reports, specifications).
• Plan and develop engineering projects with important impact on large programs; lead cross-functional teams with minimal resource requirements.
