Qualifikationen

• Bachelor, Master, or PhD in relevant field or similar experience.
• 5+ years in electrochemical systems including batteries and related devices.
• Expertise in electrochemical characterization techniques (potentiometry, CC/CP, CV, EIS).
• Experience with materials characterization methods (SEM, XRD, XPS, porosimetry).
• Proven experience developing and optimizing electrodes, cells, or processes.
• Strong understanding of kinetics, mass transport, and rate capability.

• Design and execute experiments to quantify electrode and cell performance.
• Correlate material and fluid properties with electrochemical performance to guide design decisions.
• Develop electrode structures, compositions, and fabrication methods to maximize performance while considering manufacturing.
• Establish clear metrics and structured experiments to improve lithium extraction rates and efficiency.
• Translate lab results into practical cell designs and manufacturing methods.
• Communicate technical challenges and results across the organization to advance product development.
• Mentor and lead junior engineers and technicians.
