• Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Engineering Management, or related field.
• 5+ years of quantity surveying or commercial project experience.
• Experience with engineering, construction, or manufacturing projects.

Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed cost estimates, budgets, and forecasts.
• Monitor expenditures and keep costs within approved budgets.
• Prepare applications for payment and finalize accounts.
• Review contracts, change orders, and subcontracts.
• Develop cost reports and dashboards for stakeholders.
• Support procurement and bid evaluations.
