Qualifikationen

• Minimum 5+ years in quantity surveying or cost management on engineering/construction projects.
• Experience reviewing contracts, change orders, and project financials.
• Proficiency with Excel and cost-management software.
• Strong analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Ability to collaborate with clients, vendors and subcontractors.

• Prepare detailed cost estimates, budgets, and forecasts.
• Monitor expenditures and keep costs within approved budgets.
• Review contracts and manage change orders and variations.
• Perform quantity takeoffs from drawings and specs.
• Develop cost reports and dashboards for leadership.
