Energy Jobline CVL is recruiting a Senior Quantity Surveyor for a Bolton-based project. You will manage the commercial and contractual aspects from tender handover through to final account settlement, protecting margins and cash flow while supporting on‑time delivery.

Working with project managers, clients and subcontractors, you will prepare CVR, cash flow, cost‑to‑complete forecasts and WIP reports, oversee subcontract procurement, and chair regular commercial meetings to review valuations,

Qualifikationen

• Minimum five years' experience in Quantity Surveying or commercial management.
• HND or degree in Quantity Surveying or equivalent qualification.
• Experience with commercial project management, subcontract procurement and subcontract accounts administration.
• Strong understanding of JCT/NEC/IChemE forms of contract and construction law.
• Experience preparing monthly commercial reports including CVR, cash flow and forecasts.

Aufgaben

• Manage the commercial performance of projects against budgets.
• Prepare and review CVR, cash flow, cost-to-complete forecasts and WIP reports.
• Administer contracts and manage change control and contractual notices.
• Oversee subcontract procurement and administration of subcontract agreements.
• Lead commercial meetings, review valuations, payments and accruals, and support cash flow forecasting.
