Jacobs is seeking a Senior Quantity and Progress Tracking Project Controls Professional for a site-based assignment in Spartanburg, SC or Baton Rouge, LA, with future on-site needs across the U.S. The role focuses on accurate progress tracking, quantity reporting, and collaboration with construction teams and vendors.

You will lead a project controls team, establish measurement methods, validate contractor progress, and maintain Power BI dashboards to support progress payments and monthly

Qualifications

• Requires 10+ years in project controls or related field.
• Experience in tracking installed quantities on large projects.
• Knowledge of sequencing, installation methods, and field execution.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and update the project quantity database.
• Track quantity growth, scope changes, and quantity trends.
• Establish progress measurement procedures and weighting methodologies.
• Define measurable progress quantities and percent-complete criteria.
• Collect and validate installed quantities for progress reporting.
• Review contractor progress against field conditions and quantities.
• Support field walkdowns to validate progress and installed work.
• Calculate earned quantities and percent complete for reporting.
• Monitor planned vs. actual quantities and productivity trends.
• Track quantities against invoices and support progress payments.
• Maintain progress reporting tools, databases, and Power BI dashboards.
