Jacobs is seeking a Senior Quantity and Progress Tracking Project Controls Professional for a site-based assignment in Spartanburg, SC or Baton Rouge, LA with potential on-site work across the U.S. The role requires strong background in construction progress tracking and close collaboration with construction teams and vendors.

You will manage the quantity database, implement progress measurement methods, verify earned values, and support weekly/monthly reporting within a dedicated project

Qualifikationen

• 10+ years of experience in project controls, construction progress tracking, or related roles.
• Experience tracking installed quantities and progress on large industrial projects.
• Knowledge of earned value management (EVM) and progress measurement.
• Ability to analyze planned vs actual progress and identify variances.
• Experience supporting weekly and monthly project reporting.

Aufgaben

• Maintain and update the project quantity database.
• Track quantity growth, scope changes, and quantity trends.
• Establish progress measurement procedures and weighting.
• Define measurable progress quantities and percent-complete criteria.
• Collect, validate, and track installed quantities.
• Review contractor-reported progress against field conditions.
• Conduct or support field walkdowns to validate progress.
• Calculate earned quantities and percent complete for reporting.
• Monitor planned vs actual quantities, progress performance, and productivity trends.
• Track completed quantities against invoices and assist progress payments validation.
• Maintain progress reporting tools and Power BI dashboards.
