Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in project controls, construction progress tracking, quantity surveying, cost controls, scheduling, or related field.
• Experience tracking installed quantities and physical progress on large industrial or infrastructure projects.
• Understanding of earned value management principles and progress measurement methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and update the project quantity database.
• Track quantity growth, scope changes, and quantity trends throughout the project lifecycle.
• Define measurable progress quantities and percent-complete criteria for Construction.
