Job summary

Jacobs is seeking a Senior Quantity and Progress Tracking Project Controls Professional for a site-based assignment in Spartanburg, SC or Baton Rouge, LA, with future on-site work across the U.S. The role focuses on accurate progress tracking and quantities installed reporting throughout the project lifecycle.

You will work with a dedicated project controls team to ensure data integrity, validate contractor progress, and support progress payments while leveraging tools like Power BI dashboards.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in project controls or related field.
• Experience tracking installed quantities on large projects.
• Knowledge of earned value management principles.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and update the project quantity database.
• Track quantity growth, scope changes, and trends.
• Define progress measurement procedures and criteria.
• Collect and validate installed quantities for progress.
• Verify contractor progress against field conditions.
• Support field walkdowns to validate progress.
• Calculate earned quantities and percent complete.
• Monitor planned vs. actual quantities and productivity trends.
• Track quantities against contractor invoices and progress payments.
• Maintain progress reporting tools and dashboards.
