Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in project controls or construction progress tracking.
• Experience tracking installed quantities and progress on large industrial projects.
• Understanding of earned value management (EVM) and progress measurement.
• Ability to analyze planned vs. actual progress and report variances.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and update the project quantity database.
• Track quantity growth, scope changes, and quantity trends.
• Define measurable progress quantities and percent-complete criteria for construction.
• Collect, validate, and track installed quantities to measure progress.
• Monitor and report planned vs. actual quantities and productivity trends.
• Support progress payments validation and vendor reporting.
