Qualifications

• 10+ years in project controls or related field.
• Experience on large industrial or infrastructure projects.
• Knowledge of EVM principles and progress measurement.
• Ability to validate contractor progress and support payments.
• Experience with weekly and monthly reporting.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and update the project quantity database.
• Track quantity growth, changes, and trends.
• Define progress criteria and measurement rules.
• Validate contractor-reported progress against field conditions.
• Prepare earned quantities and percent complete for reports.
• Maintain dashboards and reporting systems.
• Monitor planned vs actual quantities and productivity trends.
• Support progress payments validation.
• Coordinate field walkdowns to validate progress.
