Job summary

Material Holdings LLC is seeking a Sr Manager of Quantitative Insights (Technology Industry) for a hybrid role based near Los Angeles, Austin, or NYC. You will partner with marketing and experience teams to translate insights into strategic actions and mentor junior staff.

You will lead multi-project engagements, design surveys, manage data collection and analysis, and present actionable recommendations with clear visuals to diverse stakeholders.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree required in a related field; Master’s preferred.
Minimum 5 years of market research experience with multiple end-to-end projects.
Experience with Technology industry clients is preferred.
Strong analytical skills and data visualization across quantitative methods.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.

Responsibilities

Develop and oversee questionnaire design including content from scratch.
Manage data collection, field management, processing, analysis and reporting.
Lead cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality insights for clients.
Translate data into actionable learnings and compelling data stories.
Mentor Associates and Sr. Associates in the US and India.
