Job summary

Material seeks a Senior Associate of Insights to support medium to high complexity research for technology clients. You will assist in questionnaire development, data QC, field management and deliverables creation, while developing POVs and client-ready insights.

You will be mentored by senior leaders and operate in a hybrid environment with offices in Los Angeles, Austin or New York City, balancing autonomy with collaboration and tight deadlines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in marketing, business, economics, social sciences, psychology, statistics or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of market research experience with quantitative or mixed-methods insights preferred.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Support and own day-to-day needs of medium to high complexity research engagements.
• Assist with questionnaire development, field management, data QC and charting deliverables.
• Contribute to writing and synthesis of insights and POVs for clients.
