Job summary

Material seeks a Senior Associate of Insights to support day-to-day, medium-to-high complexity research engagements with a technology industry focus. The role blends client-facing deliverables with data QC, questionnaire development, and field management across Los Angeles, Austin, or New York City offices.

You will collaborate with senior leadership, develop slides and charts, and contribute to synthesis and POVs while managing deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in Marketing, Business, Economics, Social Sciences, Psychology, Statistics, or related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of market research experience.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to collect, analyze, and interpret complex data sets.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Provide support and ownership of day-to-day needs for medium to high complexity research engagements.
• Develop questionnaires, publish, test links, and perform data QC.
• Lead field management with internal teams and external partners; support data running and tabulation.
• Create deliverables including slides, charts, and write synthesis with quality control.
