Material is seeking a Sr. Manager of Quantitative Insights to lead multiple research engagements, partnering with junior to mid-level clients to translate data into strategic recommendations. The role requires questionnaire development, data collection, and cross-functional collaboration to ensure high-quality insights.

You will mentor Associates and Sr. Associates across US and India, and work in a hybrid setup near Los Angeles, Austin, or New York City with strong analytical and storytelling

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in market research with a proven track record of managing multiple end-to-end research projects.
• Bachelor’s degree is required (Master’s degree is a plus).
• Experience working with clients in the Technology industry is preferred.
• Strong analytical skills, including proficiency in statistical analysis and data visualization across various quantitative methodologies.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to convey complex insights to diverse audiences.
• Proven ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams and manage relationships with external vendors.
• Proficiency in market research software and tools and Microsoft/Google Suites.
• Demonstrated curiosity, willingness to learn, openness to feedback, and adaptability to new methodologies.

Responsabilités

• Manage and, where needed, lead multiple research engagements concurrently.
• Serve as a thought partner to junior–mid-level clients, framing insights for actionable recommendations.
• Develop questionnaires and content, oversee data collection, field management, data processing, analysis and reporting.
• Collaborate with internal cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality work.
• Translate data into learnings and tell visual stories through narratives and findings.
• Mentor and delegate work to Associates and Sr. Associates, supporting their growth.
