Job summary

Acrisure is seeking a Lead Quantitative Analyst to build revenue intelligence models that connect policy-level data to GAAP results. You will create transparent, driver-based models with production-grade tooling and dashboards for senior leadership.

We expect deep expertise in econometric modeling, strong financial acumen, and experience with Python, SQL, Palantir, and Power BI. This on-site role collaborates across finance, FP&A, and operations to influence planning and forecasting.

Qualifications

• Deep expertise in econometric and statistical modeling methods.
• Strong financial acumen with experience linking operational drivers to financial outcomes.
• Comfort with AI-assisted development tools (e.g., Claude Code).
• Excellent communication to translate quantitative findings for non-technical audiences.
• Ability to manage multiple modeling workstreams independently.
• Experience with insurance brokerage or complex revenue environments is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain time-series forecasting models for GAAP revenue.
• Develop econometric models to quantify drivers of revenue across segments and channels.
• Design scenario analysis tools for real-time revenue forecasting for leadership.
• Connect policy-level data to GAAP results to bridge operations and revenue.
• Analyze drivers of growth and retention to inform leadership decisions.
• Develop tools in Python/SQL and build Power BI dashboards for executives.
