Acrisure is seeking a Lead Quantitative Analyst to join the Revenue Intelligence function, shaping revenue forecasting and econometric models across segments and channels. You will build transparent, driver-based analyses that translate into actionable business insights for senior leadership.

The role emphasizes production-quality tools in Python/SQL, Palantir, and Power BI, with strong collaboration across FP&A and Strategic Finance partners.

Qualifications

• Deep expertise in econometric and statistical modeling methods with interpretable driver-based approaches.
• Strong financial acumen; connect operations to financial results in complex revenue environments.
• Comfort with AI-assisted development tools (e.g., Claude Code) to improve analytics workflow.
• Excellent communication skills for non-technical audiences and leadership.
• Able to manage multiple modeling workstreams independently in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Build time-series forecasting models for GAAP revenue and pricing trends.
• Develop econometric models to quantify drivers of revenue by client segments and channels.
• Design scenario analysis tools for real-time revenue forecasting for leadership.
• Connect policy-level data to GAAP results, bridging analytics and finance.
