Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field (e.g., CS, OR, Math, Eng, Econometrics, Stats) with 3+ years of relevant experience or an advanced degree with 2+ years of experience.
• Proficiency in Python for data analysis and statistical modeling and strong SQL skills with experience extracting, transforming, and analyzing data from relational databases.
• Experience with modern data platforms such as Snowflake, Databricks or equivalent and applying data mining methodologies to translate analysis into business actions.
• Experience creating dashboards, visualizations, or recurring reporting using Tableau, Alteryx, or comparable platforms.
• Ability to present analytical findings clearly in writing and verbally to senior leaders and non-technical stakeholders.
• Ability to collaborate with cross-functional partners and influence decisions through data-backed recommendations.
• Experience using generative AI tools to improve analytical productivity and workflow efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Manage and analyze large, complex datasets from multiple sources to develop actionable insights and apply advanced analytical techniques.
• Communicate analytical results clearly to business partners and senior leaders, tailoring messages for different audiences and using modern visualization tools.
• Advise on analytical approaches and measurement, partnering with stakeholders to solve quantitative problems and deliver practical solutions.
• Collaborate with data owners to contribute to data models, analytics architecture, and scalable data strategies; assess data quality and surface anomalies.
• Manage deliverables with autonomy, including program execution and stakeholder engagement.
• Use generative AI and emerging tools to automate repetitive work and speed insight generation.
• Evaluate and pilot AI-enabled analytics solutions to support marketing acquisition strategy and ongoing performance measurement.
