Qualifications

• Formal training or certification on analytics concepts and 3+ years applied experience.
• Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field or an advanced degree with relevant analytical experience.
• Proficiency in Python, R, SAS and SQL for analytics and data querying.
• Experience with Hive, Hadoop, Spark, Tableau or Alteryx.
• Exceptional analytical and quantitative problem-solving skills with the ability to translate data into insights.
• Strong communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences.
• Familiarity with generative AI concepts and prompt engineering fundamentals.

Responsabilités

• Execute quantitative analytics to drive credit card portfolio strategy and performance across key metrics.
• Develop analytical solutions and frameworks for cobrand partnership programs.
• Consult on experimental design and testing strategies with partners and internal teams.
• Present findings and actionable recommendations to senior management and stakeholders.
• Maintain data controls to ensure accuracy, integrity, and compliance.
• Apply advanced analytical tools and models, including generative AI and segmentation, to uncover insights.
• Collaborate with marketing, product, and Data & Analytics teams to align work with business priorities.
