Job summary

JPMorgan Chase & Co. is seeking a Quantitative Analytics Senior Associate on the Small Business Card team to evaluate portfolio performance and translate customer behavior into actionable insights for marketing, product, and risk.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field with 3+ years of experience, or an advanced degree with 2+ years of experience.
• Proficiency in Python for data analysis and strong SQL skills for data extraction and analysis.
• Experience with Snowflake, Databricks or equivalent data platforms and applying data mining techniques.
• Experience creating dashboards/visualizations using Tableau/Alteryx or equivalent tools.

Responsibilities

• Manage and analyze large, complex datasets to develop actionable insights driving business outcomes.
• Communicate analytical results clearly to partners and senior leaders with tailored messaging.
• Advise on analytical approaches and measurement, partnering with stakeholders to solve quantitative problems.

• Deliver high-quality results with autonomy, managing program execution and stakeholder engagement.
• Leverage generative AI tools to automate repetitive work and accelerate insights.
