Job summary

JPMorgan Chase & Co. in Wilmington, DE seeks an aQuant Analytics Manager within the Collections Analytics team to design and deliver analytical solutions with measurable business impact, including product benefit assessments, financial business cases, performance measurement and strategy optimization through data-driven insights.

You will develop knowledge of card, overdraft and auto collections; conduct rigorous quantitative analysis using SQL, Python, SAS, Alteryx, Snowflake, AWS and Tableau;

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in an analytical, finance, or engineering-related role.
• Bachelor's degree or higher in a quantitative discipline.
• Experience designing and interpreting AB test analytics; proven track record in analytics and financial benefit sizing.

Responsibilities

• Develop deep understanding of card, overdraft, and auto collections business and metrics.
• Conduct rigorous quantitative analysis using SQL, Python, SAS, Alteryx and/or Py to evaluate performance of strategies.
• Identify opportunities to enhance strategies and define KPIs for new initiatives.
• Build financial business cases to support product initiatives and investment decisions.
• Partner with Technology and Product teams to define data capture and storage requirements.
• Champion analytical automation to streamline processes and scale analysis.
• Serve as a strategic adviser to cross-functional partners with clear data-driven storytelling.
