Job summary

JPMorgan Chase & Co. seeks a Quant Analytics Sr. Associate in Connected Commerce to advance data strategy, analytics, and Trust & Security initiatives. You will partner with Product Owners, Data Owners, and Tech to deliver data-driven insights that protect customers and support business goals.

You will define KPIs, build scalable analytics solutions, and mentor teams while navigating regulatory requirements and evolving client guidance in a dynamic financial services environment.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of industry experience in Data & Analytics.
• Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field.
• Experience in Digital and/or product analytics with knowledge of digital metrics.
• Strong collaboration and influence across cross-functional teams.
• Ability to define business KPIs and measurement frameworks.
• Experience with SQL, AWS, Hive, Hadoop, Spark, Python, and R.
• Excellent written and oral communication and presentation skills.
• Self-starter with problem solving and quick learning.
• Strong time-management and multi-tasking skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver analytical approaches to identify opportunities to improve fraud and scam prevention.
• Develop and maintain a data strategy roadmap with Data Owners and Tech.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate priorities into data initiatives.
• Articulate vision and roadmap for data-driven decision making across the org.
• Promote best practices in data management and analytics through training and mentoring.
• Continuously monitor and optimize data processes, models, and infrastructure.
• Engage with clients and manage evolving project requirements with ambiguity.
• Establish guidelines to ensure consistency and high-quality presentation materials.
• Collaborate with unit managers, end users, developers, and other stakeholders to integrate data discoveries into operations.
