Qualifications

• MS degree with 5+ years Risk Management or other quantitative experience.
• Excellent collaboration and partnership skills with internal teams and external partners.
• Proven track record in solving business problems and managing projects with tight timelines.
• Advanced understanding of SAS, SQL, and Python.
• Ability to query large data and transform it into actionable management information.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with senior executives.

Responsibilities

• Understand full lifecycle of POS transactions and identify improvement opportunities.
• Contribute to technical projects by making design recommendations and meeting business needs.
• Build and maintain capabilities for fraud decisioning, data models, KPI monitoring, and data automation.
• Collaborate with the Risk Modeling team to advance ML models and improve updates.
• Improve internal analytic techniques and share best practices with cross-functional partners.
• Identify business opportunities through data mining, ensuring data integrity, and communicating findings to leadership.
• Provide clear oral and written updates on key projects to leadership and stay current with industry trends.
