Qualifications

• MS degree in a quantitative field required.
• 5+ years Risk Management or related quantitative experience.
• Strong collaboration and ability to drive projects.
• Excellent communication and cross-functional partnership skills.

Responsibilities

• Understand the full lifecycle of a POS transaction and identify improvement opportunities.
• Contribute to technical projects with design recommendations and ensure business needs are met.
• Build and maintain capabilities for fraud decisioning rules, data models, and KPI monitoring.
• Collaborate with CCB Risk Modeling to advance ML models and update cycles.
• Improve analytical techniques and share best practices across cross-functional teams.
• Perform data mining, ensure data integrity, and communicate findings to senior management.
• Present clear analyses and updates to leadership on key projects.
• Stay current with industry trends and apply best practices in fraud analytics.
