JPMorgan Chase is seeking a Strategic Analytics Associate to join the Card Fraud Oversight team in Columbus, OH. The role focuses on generating analytics and recommendations to guide strategy, controls, and performance monitoring within Risk Management and Compliance.

The ideal candidate has an MS or BS with substantial risk/quantitative experience, and strong skills in SQL, Python, SAS, Tableau, and Excel to identify fraud trends and support decision making.

Competenze

• MS degree with 3 years Risk Management experience or BS degree with 5 years in risk/quantitative roles
• Background in statistics, econometrics, or other quantitative field required
• Proven experience working with large datasets and data analysis tools such as SAS, SQL, Python, Tableau, Excel

Mansioni

• Develop and maintain dashboards and analytics to provide management with insight into trends and originations
• Understand key performance metrics and profitability drivers to deliver insights across the account lifecycle
• Conduct ad hoc analytics and contribute to risk management projects
• Analyze large transaction data to detect trends, anomalies, and fraud risks
• Collaborate with Fraud Operations, Risk, Compliance, and Technology teams to ensure data accuracy and support oversight activities
• Perform deep-dive analyses on fraud cases and cardholder behavior using SQL, Python and Excel
• Identify process improvement opportunities through data-driven insights and actionable recommendations to reduce fraud risk
