JPMorgan Chase is hiring a Quant Analytics Sr. Associate in New York. You will lead data analytics initiatives across Trust and Security, partnering with Product, Data Owners, Tech and analytics teams to deliver data strategy that supports protection of customers and regulatory needs.

You will define KPIs, build analytical models, and drive data-driven decision making with senior stakeholders while mentoring teammates and promoting best practices across the organization.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of industry experience in Data & Analytics.
• Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field.
• Experience in Digital/product analytics with knowledge of digital metrics.
• Ability to work in large projects and influence cross-functional teams.
• Defined KPIs and measurement frameworks, strong communication.

Responsibilities

• Deliver analytical approaches to improve fraud prevention while balancing customer satisfaction.
• Develop data strategy roadmap with Data Owners, Tech and Product owners.
• Translate business priorities into actionable data initiatives.
• Articulate vision and roadmap for data-driven decision making with leadership.
• Promote best practices in data management and analytics through mentoring.
• Monitor and optimize data processes and analytical models for continuous improvement.
• Engage clients and manage evolving project requirements with ambiguity.
• Ensure consistent, high-quality presentation materials and outputs.
• Collaborate with managers, end users, developers to integrate data insights into operations.
