Job summary

Testing Site - JPMC in Columbus, OH seeks a Quantitative Analytics Associate II to manage fraud risk strategies within Fraud Policy and perform advanced risk analyses to reduce losses while balancing customer impact.

You will interact with cross-functional partners and present findings to managers and executives, driving improvements in detection and mitigation across the Point of Sale Fraud team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a quantitative discipline; 3+ years in fraud/risk/payments or related field.
• Advanced Python, SAS, and SQL are required.
• Ability to query large datasets and turn them into actionable insights.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities; experience presenting to management.
• Self-starter with ability to drive for resolution and collaborate cross-functionally.

Responsibilities

• Interpret large, complex data to identify risk dynamics, trends and opportunities.
• Develop and implement fraud strategies, policies and operational workflows to reduce losses.
• Identify KPIs, enhance reporting, and explore new analytic focus areas.
• Provide SME input on strategy implementation and risk mitigation enhancements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional partners to address key business challenges.
• Conduct data mining, ensure data integrity, and present findings to senior management.
• Contribute to development of new fraud detection patterns and tools.
