JPMorganChase within the Asset & Wealth Management team is seeking a Senior Associate, Quantitative Analytics to own the Client Analytics Data Product and shape how client data is prepared for AI across the business. You will partner with marketing, sales, finance, product strategy, client service, and investment teams to deliver trusted insights and strategic recommendations.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in quantitative analytics, data science, BI, or analytics consulting delivering insights and analytics products.
• Strong foundation in statistics, regression, forecasting and experimental design.
• Experience translating analysis into actionable recommendations for senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Own the Client Analytics Data Product roadmap, success measures and delivery plan.
• Partner with cross‑functional teams to drive adoption of analytics products.
• Deliver quantitative insights and senior-ready recommendations to improve decisions.
• Design analyses using regression, segmentation, propensity modeling, attrition modeling, forecasting, attribution, and test‑and‑learn.
• Define shared client and product definitions and certified metrics for consistency across AI tools.
• Build scalable dashboards in Power BI and Qlik Sense; embed insights into workflows.
• Integrate internal and third‑party data; build validated models in SQL and Python.
