JPMorgan Chase & Co. seeks a Senior Associate, Quantitative Analytics in the Asset & Wealth Management BI&A team.

You will own the Client Analytics Data Product and shape how client data is prepared for AI, partnering with marketing, sales, finance, product strategy, client service, and investment teams to deliver AI-ready data products that drive business performance. You will design analyses, build scalable dashboards in Power BI and Qlik Sense, and ensure trusted data and metrics across

Qualifications

• 3+ years in quantitative analytics or BI for multiple business teams.
• Strong skills in statistics, regression, segmentation or forecasting.
• Advanced SQL and Python experience with large, multi-source datasets.
• Hands-on experience building dashboards and analytics products using Power BI and/or Qlik Sense.
• Proven ability to translate analysis into clear, actionable recommendations for senior stakeholders.
• Strong stakeholder management, influencing without authority, and driving adoption across teams.
• Working knowledge of data governance fundamentals and trusted data for responsible AI.

Responsibilities

• Own the Client Analytics Data Product roadmap, success measures, and delivery plan.
• Partner with marketing, sales, finance, product strategy, client service, and investment teams to drive adoption.
• Deliver quantitative insights and senior-ready recommendations that improve decisions across the business.
• Design and execute analyses using methods like regression, segmentation, propensity modeling, and forecasting.
• Define shared client and product definitions and certified metrics for consistent AI tooling outcomes.
• Build scalable dashboards and reusable analytics products in Power BI and Qlik Sense; embed insights into workflows.
• Integrate internal and third-party data; build validated analytical models in SQL and Python.
