Qualifications

• Formal training or certification on analytics concepts and 3+ years applied experience.
• Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field or an advanced degree with relevant analytical experience.
• Proficiency in Python, R, or SAS and SQL for data querying.
• Experience with Hive, Hadoop, Spark, Tableau, or Alteryx.

Responsibilities

• Execute quantitative analytics to drive portfolio strategy and performance across key metrics.
• Develop analytical solutions and frameworks for cobrand partnership programs.
• Consult on experimental design and testing strategies with partners and internal teams.
• Present findings and actionable recommendations to senior management.
• Maintain data controls to ensure accuracy, integrity, and compliance.
• Apply advanced analytical tools and models, including generative AI and segmentation.
• Collaborate with marketing, product, and Data & Analytics teams to align work with priorities.
• Optimize rewards structures and cardholder value propositions.
• Prepare and deliver partner reporting and performance insights.
