Job summary

Dentsu seeks an experienced Technical Solution Architect and Implementation Lead to spearhead enterprise SaaS deployments in the Qualtrics ecosystem. You will bridge technical execution and strategy, translating business goals into scalable data architectures and automated workflows for enterprise clients in the public sector.

This remote role (East Coast preference) starts ASAP for a 3-month engagement with potential extension or permanent placement.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in leading complex technical programs, ideally in a services company or SaaS environment.
• BA / BS in Experience Design, Engineering, Information Systems, or equivalent experience (preferred)

Responsibilities

• Translate business goals into scalable Qualtrics solutions.
• Lead enterprise-level SaaS implementations and configure Qualtrics platforms (surveys, dashboards, distributions, automations).
• Build integrations between Qualtrics and systems via APIs and web services (Salesforce, SAP, CRM, HRIS, data warehouses).
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align technology, people and processes.
• Train clients and internal teams; create documentation and configuration guides.
• Manage client relationships and expectations across multiple projects.
